Legend Foods, Sandpoint, ID, has launched its Hemp Shake line of seasoning blends in six varieties. The new blends include Original, Curry, Italian, Sea Veggie, Cajun and Dessert. Each variety combines organic herbs, organic spices and hemp nut. Each serving contains 2 grams of protein and all eight essential amino acids, including histidine and arginine. In addition, the blends contain iron, vitamin E and omega 3 and 6 fatty acids.
